It is written

No retreat, no surrender: Iraq the Model describes a news video he watched, whose copy he is seeking, showing an Iraqi policeman standing fast in the path of an oncoming car bomb until he detonated it with AK-47 fire, killing the bomber and himself.

As the vehicle passes through the gate and past the last barricade all of the officers run away seeking shelter…except for one extraordinary man. One police officer held his position and was still standing in the way of the terrorist and kept on firing his rifle at the windshield until the vehicle was just meters from the officer, then…BOOM.

Whether or not the world makes any sense, individual acts do. They can create meaning in themselves, at least for those whose lives are changed by them. Faith, even for agnostics, lies in believing that in some way it is all worthwhile. For those whose lives this policeman saved, that at least is true.

So I be written in the Book of Love
I do not care about that Book above.
Erase my name or write it as you will,
So I be written in the book of Love.

So which one gets the 72 virgins, the "martyr" driving the car bomb, or the martyr standing in his way?

Terrorita lives on cynicism.
A Hell unto itself.

I asked my youngest son as what should I do when Jews ask me the question “are you afraid for your life?”
What he told me was astonishing.
He said, tell them this
“In life we all have two choices - die for something, or of something.”

Out of the mouth of kids.

Yet, almost all Jewish intellectuals say that “only 15% of Muslims are fundamentalists” I caught myself making this lie as well. We do not want to offend Islam.

Almost always, the first question that comes from Jewish audience is “are you not afraid for your life?”. People who usually ask this question are themselves afraid for their life but are afraid to fight to preserve it. It’s only by attempting to loose our lives that we preserve it, that vigilance is the price for freedom. The only thing they can express is their fear instead of their voice, that voice which got numbed by Jewish love for peace.

Truth is not beauty
Beauty is not truth
One is a lie, the other a siren.
I say real truth is ugly, mishapen,
bent, from torture and a little
sunlight.

And like the open old cabin, seen
in a desperate arctic fright,
it warms deeper and better
And is remembered more fondly
than the new home on a suburban night.

In my view every man's name is written in the book above which is The Lamb's Book Of Life since Jesus died for the sins of the whole world. Only those who reject Christ have their names blotted out.

God is love,
but love is not God.

Do not make an idol out of love as some in Hollywood have done and descended into shame. Worship God only.

Psalm 69:28
Revelation 20:15

Check it out.
