On a clear day you can see forever

Microsoft launches Photosynth, which allows the user to organize and browse through any amount of visual data on the Web. It will allow providers to place actual newspapers, maps and other information online where it can be viewed at full resolution. Click more to see the video.

Wow! I didn't actually see this here first, W, but I see you posted this 2 days before I was sent the link today through a techie e-news link. Damn you're good!

Doug, I think, a few posts AFTER this one, makes the comment that he disbelieves that man will be able to cut greenhouse emissions by 50% by 2050. While I'm no man-made Global Warming worrier, it's still shocking to see the technological possibilities coming down the pike.

But, while all these techie ideas may change the look of our day-to-day lives, what won't change one iota is our fundamental human nature. And that's where the Modernists are all wrong, to think that they can engineer a change in Mankind. But the horrors they (continue to) visit upon us all while trying...yeowch! That transcendent truth is what makes this blog so great. Keep after 'em, W!
