Trouble in Timor

Charles,
I'm no financial expert, but the falling value of the American dollar isn't necessary a bad thing IIRC. It makes our exports less expensive. This generally results in an increase in orders for those goods, resulting in growth in American industry. This has actually already contributed to recent American economic growth, has fueled it rather than hampered it.

Also, the comments on Venezuela's oil reserves at that link seem vastly inflated when bounced off of readily available proven oil reserves data.

I'm not sure what that FR article is trying to get across.

There is no contact info listed on this blog so I thought this would be the best way to contact you. We would like to do a link exchange with your website if interested. We consider ourselves the YouTube/Myspace for the conservative world (with a twist of comedy). OURcountry was founded by Lee Troxler (Writer/Producer FarenHYPE 911) and Floyd G. Brown (Young Americas Foundation). We launched our BETA version a month ago and will launch V2, with a great new design, in 3 weeks. Let me know if we can make this happen.

All the best,

Bo Bushnell
