America will always be named the mastermind of every event in the world, inlcuding the attack on the WTC. So the question is, where is the incentive not to be the mastermind?

America blamed for attack on religious school in Pakistan that killed more than 80 people in a Pakistani madrassa said to be training terrorists. "Al-Qaida-linked militants blamed the United States for the airstrike and called for nationwide demonstrations to condemn the attack that flattened the school -- known as a madrassa -- and ripped apart those inside."
