Plowshares into swords
Bruce Kesler describes how "wheelchairs are funding international terrorism". How? A California Assistant District attorney prosecuted and convicted Yakoob Habib for defrauding Medi-Cal out of $28 million and laundering money to Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Russia and Latvia and donated funds to a terrorist front organization, and visited anti-American, weaponry and hazardous material training Web sites.
That's how a networked insurgency operates. Ordinary people, ordinary crime, ordinary materials. For extraordinary purposes. Whether at home or on the battlefield. Michael Yon describes a Stryker unit target by an IED. The enemy video was rolling to capture the death of Americans, but that's not quite how it ended ... but partly by great good fortune.
Nothing follows.

That reminds me of a certain slogan.
Think Globally, Act Locally
