"Much of the dirty money originated in Colombia and came from drug dealing and assasinations." He notes it would buy "185 million brunches at the Burj Al Arab." A lot of money. A lot of brunches.

If you want to see Dubai check this out..it's a PowerPoint presentation . I just tested it and it works EXCEPT the command arrows didn't appear in the lower left of the screen, HOWEVER, I simply put my cursor down in that approximate area, clicked and the next pic came up...

This is more support for my conention that legalizing drug traffic is a great strategic move for the West in the war against the jihadis and global barbarism. It cuts a big cash flow off from the barbarians.
