The Bush Administration should do what the Arroyo Administration did to get their hostage back out of the custody of Iraqi insurgents...withdraw all its forces from the country that abducted him (no more port visits or assisting on raids against Abu Sayyaf in the south), and reduce the embassy (you know, the one in Ermita, Manila with long lines of wannabe balikbayans seeking US visas) to a skeleton staff.
Just as long as they keep the K-1 visas flowing.
