Calling Spiderman and Judge Judy
Colombia's largest rebel group is calling on Denzel Washington, Oliver Stone and Michael Moore to help it reach a deal with the government on exchanging imprisoned guerrillas for rebel-held hostages, including three U.S. citizens. "To the people of the United States, we ask for your always generous solidarity to pressure President Bush and his government to support a prisoner exchange in Colombia," said Raul Reyes, the chief spokesman for the FARC.

I don't know about Denzel and Oliver, but Michael Moore sure could put the pressure on Dubya, about 400 pounds per square inch of pressure.
Ahh...the whackoid left of America. Extending boundless equanimity towards those who would exterminate us. I think Eric Hoffer nailed it when he said that 9my paraphrase) America's adversary intellectuals want to live lives of great import by spouting stale ideas while despising our sometimes clodhopping leaders and humdrum businessmen and farmers.
